                Third year, the penultimate year of Engineering was ending. Board exams were up for a long month in the months of May and June. I’ve always wondered what could be the reason of the Mumbai University stretching the exam period of 6 days all over a month. The so called ‘preparatory leave’ and the minimum three day leave between any two exams gives a lot of time to have a vacation. Note: Some breaks between two exams go as long as a span of eleven days. Quite a much; isn’t it? Of course a month long vacation follows the exams.                 What made these exams so important was it was even more important to clear these exams at any cost as a student with a subject pending isn’t allowed to appear for placement interviews which I believe is quite harsh. Mumbai Indians , the most pricey franchisee of the Indian Premier League.. It had everything with it.. the brand name, the sponsers, the rich rich owner, the all time best batsmen, all time good bowlers, good coach, the best fielding coach... Then what exactly went wrong.. after having everything good in the recipie, what was it that made the food taste bad...
